After reading a post on ljcfyi.com, I decided to look up the recipe for Creme Brulee oatmeal. I found a decent sounding recipe and cooked it up today. It smelled awesome! However, it was a little too plain for me. I think I should've added Splenda to the oatmeal, along with sprinkling the sugar mix on top prior to placing it under the broiler.
Yes, that is a Wall-E plate under those baking cups. :)
